Options for Obtaining Device Passwords

Your device has specific settings, and configurations which all work together to provide you with service. Changing any configuration settings will void your warranty, since this results in Travel Data not being able to guarantee your device is working properly. 


Modifying the device and/or settings will void your initial 30 day support warranty, and may impair service (Not to be confused with the manufacturers 1 year warranty - which remains intact)


We understand that this may an inconvenience for some users, so we offer complimentary remote support of your device for the first 30 days. An agent will be able to modify the WiFi Network Name, and WiFi Network Password for you, or make any other special requests, if available.
