Why is my account suspended, or my order On-Hold?

Our billing system will attempt to charge your on-file payment method three times over the course of your billing due day. After the first failure, your on-hold invoice will be changed to allow you to pay manually if you choose – you can also wait for us automatically try again in a few hours.


Suspended accounts are automatically canceled after 24 hours of non-payment. To re-start your subscription after cancellation, you'll need to create a new subscription, as well as any activation fee. 


Please note: declined payments will result in a $10 service fee. This fee is passed to us from our payment processors.
