Standard Shipping & Priority Mail Orders:

When you initially place an order, your estimated shipping date is located on the product information page, as well as your confirmation email. Travel Data works diligently to send all orders to our shipper within 1 business day of that date.

Lost In Transit

You should have received an email from Travel Data, as well our shipping partner: PirateShip,  with tracking information. Please check your spam/junk email folders for this email. You should have also received an "Order Complete"  Note/Email from Travel Data with a link to USPS Tracking included in that email as well.


If your order is lost in transit, you'll need to first open a Missing Mail Inquiry ( https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm ) and USPS will begin searching for your order in the shipping network. In most cases, your order can be located and successfully delivered within 1-3 business days.


If your order cannot be located by USPS, Travel Data will immediately ship a replacement, at no charge to you. Please reach out to us via Support Ticket, or Live Chat to alert our team of the late shipment.  

Package Intercept - Reroute Delivery

If you've entered incorrect shipping address information, or need to re-reoute your package, Travel Data allows packages to be redirected via the USPS Package Intercept option. Travel Data cannot assist with this as it must be completed by the receiving address. Please see this page for details: https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action

USPS Express Mail Orders

When you initially place an order, your estimated shipping date is located on the product information page, as well as your confirmation email. Travel Data works diligently to send all orders to our shipper within 1 business day of that date. By selecting Express Mail, you are choosing a faster delivery service level, this does not change the estimated shipping date (The date Travel Data will ship your order). 


You will receive a confirmation email with the USPS Express Mail Tracking Number once the item has been accepted by the Post Office.
