Due to the nature of the subscription methods, inventory, and device setup, there is no way for us to offer an exchange option at this time.
To change what device you have, you will need to simply return your current device and then purchase the device you'd prefer.
You don't have to wait for us to process your return - you may simply purchase a new device first, then ship back your return item once the preferred item arrives so you're not without service.
